At Singh Electronics we want you to feel confident that you are buying our products at the best price. Unlike some of our competitors, we have extremely low prices all year round to offer the most competitive prices.
Although we try to keep our prices as low as possible it's inevitable that someone will try to offer a better price. As a result we will match any other online store's prices, if not better them. Simply send us an email and tell us what the product is, what website you saw it on and for how much you saw it for. After we've checked it out we will get back to you!
Before you call, please have the following information clearly set out:
- The item and model number from the store you have seen the product at (must be identical brand and model)
- Price of the item (including delivery charges)
- The Stores name, address, telephone number and URL to the product
The product must:
- Be an exact make and model of the one we are selling.
- Be a new product (not refurbished or reconditioned) and in its original packaging with all of its accessories.
- Be in stock at the store you saw it at, with the price currently advertised.
- Must be Canadian website or store (not abroad)
- Not be a blowout or clearance item
Other terms include:
- The price considered will be the total price (including shipping charges, taxes, gift certificates, duties, etc.).
- Price Match products are not eligible for special offers or discounts. This includes quantity discounts.
- Typographical errors will not be matched.
- Price Matching is only considered for stores/website based within Canada. (EBay or any other auction/forum sites are not eligible.)
- All Price Matching is at our discretion and is subject to change.
Our Price Match Promise is a promise that we will try to match, or beat, any legitimate price for a product that you have seen cheaper elsewhere in other stores and website.
