Returns Policy

Product(s) come with a 7 day hassle-free return policy, subject to approval by seller, any returns/exchanges after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Returned product(s) without an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed and/or refused.  Any shipping and handling expenses on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless a processing error has occurred, in which case a ground label will be provided. Legal action will be taken if buyer refuses to take responsibility of these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses that occur. 

In the event of returning the product, the buyer is fully responsible for the safe return of the product to us. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after the issue of an RMA. The returned merchandise should include the following RMA number that was issued by the seller, buyer’s full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories/parts/manuals must be included as the buyer originally received it. Returned merchandise should be well packed to prevent damages. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, Singh Electronics will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on the unidentified return once it has been disposed.  

Product(s) that have been installed, used, or opened can not be returned, exchanges are only applicable if approved by seller. If approval is granted a restocking fee of up to 25% is applicable.  

Defective/Warranty Claims

If a product is deemed defective, a ground label will be provided. Upon receiving the defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. Unless the seller can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, the return will not be accepted. Items found defective will receive prepaid return shipping from Singh Electronics via ground service or equivalent, to be determined by Singh Electronics.  

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost on any product(s) that are not found defective.

Returning your purchase? You have the following options.

In-store Purchases are exempt from the online returns policy - please contact customer care if you wish to return your in-store purchase. Online Orders can be returned to our distribution centre in-person or by mail. Return period starts from date of delivery, return period is 7 days.

Returns by Mail

For mailed returns of online orders, you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact Customer Care and they will issue one. Once you have your RMA number, send your purchase back to us at:

Your RMA number is valid for 7 days from issuance and must be displayed clearly on the outside of the box, or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. We will make every effort to process your return quickly, and you will be notified via e-mail upon the completion of your refund.

Singh Electronics will not pay or refund any shipping charges, unless an error occurred during order processing. Singh Electronics is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or courier. 

What you need to return your online purchase in-store.

Bring your receipt and valid photo ID. For online orders, you can reprint your receipt from your Order History. Regular returns will be refunded using the original method of payment. If you can't find your receipt or original method of payment, return is not applicable. Your name, address, phone number and signature will be required along with a valid government photo I.D.

Special Return Periods

Purchases made between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 are eligible for extended returns until Jan. 15 the following year provided it is noted as a gift at the time of purchase.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Products

Singh Electronics must  be notified of any lost, stolen, or damaged product(s) within a 24-48 hour period after delivery. Singh Electronics will submit a claim with the courier to investigate, only when a decision has been reached by the courier can Singh Electronics move forward with a resolution. A shipping claim can take 30-90 days to be fully investigated, please be patient as we are not able to expedite this process.  

Exempt products/brands

*The following brands are exempt from any returns/warranty and are considered final sale items: 

Brands such as DD Audio, Sundown Audio, PRV audio, Taramp’s, Skar, American Bass, Soundstream, Orion, Hifonics, Crunch, Autotek, Odyssey, Cerwin Vega, B2 Audio, Crescendo, Incriminator, CT Sounds, Sky High Car Audio, DS18, Timpano Audio, Stetsom, and Resilient Sounds do not carry any warranty and are exempt from any returns. The seller, Singh Electronics has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation
