About: Axxess AXAC-CH5 Camera Data Interface with Pre-Wired Harness for Select 2013-2023 Chrysler Vehicles

The AXAC camera-switching interface is designed to retain the factory backup camera while enabling the addition of aftermarket front and side cameras to the factory radio system. This interface supports up to four camera inputs—including the factory camera—and uses CAN bus communication to automatically switch camera views based on vehicle functions such as reverse and turn signals, providing enhanced visibility and seamless integration without sacrificing factory features.

• Retains the factory backup camera while adding up to three additional CAN-activated cameras (4 total camera inputs)
• Includes AXAC camera interface and vehicle-specific harness
• Programmable 12-volt, 5-amp switched output (configured via the Axxess Updater program)
• Reverse trigger generated through CAN bus communication
• Turn signal trigger generated through CAN bus communication
• Four (4) programmable camera control wires (configured via the Axxess Updater program)
• Can also be manually controlled and used with an aftermarket radio
• VSS (Vehicle Speed Sense) input and output
