World's First for True Wireless Earphones

For the true wireless earphone, the HA-FW1000T is the world's first to feature a wooden diaphragm. By combining it with a carbon-coated PET diaphragm, we succeeded in providing the outer periphery of the diaphragm with moderate flexibility and the central dome with greater strength. The result is a beautiful tone that only wood can produce.

In addition, a stainless steel driver case is used for the driver, and the same grade material and technology as wired high-class earphones are used for the magnetic circuit. This helps eliminate sound clutter, achieving high-purity sound quality.

Acoustic Design For High Sound Quality

Despite the narrow capacity of the TWS, the HA-FW1000T has a larger acoustic chamber behind the driver unit to ensure good acoustic performance.

The large 11mm diameter driver unit makes full use of the air inside, and the wood diaphragm produces a high-purity sound, resulting in ample reproduction from low to high frequencies and spatial expression.

Restores compressed sound to High-Res equivalents

Based on the vast amount of original master sound sources owned by Victor Studio, “K2 TECHNOLOGY” is a group of technologies that aim at faithful reproduction of the original source as far as possible by passing through the sound quality check carried out by the studio engineers who are thoroughly versed in audio and musical quality.

Even transmissions with codecs that do not support high-resolution are extended to high-resolution equivalents, bringing them closer to the original sound and enhancing the spatial expressiveness of the sound.

Unique earpiece designed for high sound quality

The earpiece, which affects the sound quality, has been newly developed for the HA-FW1000T. The Spiral Dot Earpiece is a unique earpiece designed for high sound quality. Dimples on the inner wall diffuse the reflected sound inside the earpiece, which is the cause of sound deterioration, and suppresses the muddiness of the sound.

The new version “Spiral Dot Pro Earpiece ” has evolved even further, modifying the overall form to improve the reproduction of more delicate sounds.

Qualcomm® Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation

In addition to Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling with two microphones to absorb noise, the HA-FW1000T also features Qualcomm® Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation. It constantly monitors the sealing level of the earpiece and automatically adjusts the noise cancellation level when the earpiece is misfitted. It maintains the noise cancelling effect that may vary depending on wearing conditions.

Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive audio, a high-resolution audio codec supporting up to 96 kHz/24bit*

In addition to SBC, AAC, and Qualcomm® aptX™ audio, the HA-FW1000T is compatible with Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive audio for a high-resolution audio codec that supports up to 96kHz/24bit*. It can transmit audio signals with minimal delay while adjusting the transmission bit rate according to radio wave congestion and data volume.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process an order for in-stock items. Special order/non-stocking items will take longer to process and should be noted on the product page under availability. However, if there are any extended time frames, our team will notify you via phone or email to let you know about any delays or issues. Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some restrictions on select brands and products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. Free shipping is applicable within Canada on orders over $200 before taxes, excluding any heavy items with a fixed shipping fee. Singh Electronics has the right to charge or re-evaluate a shipping rate even after a purchase has been made. For U.S and international orders, a shipping fee will be applicable and calculated based on your location and the dimensions of the item(s). For international orders outside of North America, please email our team at contactus@singhelectronics.ca with the quantity, brand, model number, and your full shipping address including the zip code for a shipping estimate.

If a package is refused or marked undeliverable and returned back to the sender by the shipping carrier, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any re-shipping charges. If a refund is approved, we will minus the full cost of the shipping.

Return Policy

We at Singh Electronics offer up to 30 days from the day of delivery or pickup for a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to process a return, please submit a return request online or email our team at contactus@singhelectronics.ca. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any details about the product you would like to return.

Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order and issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once the RMA number has been issued you have up to 30 days to ensure the product is delivered to the provided return address. Upon receiving the item(s), please allow 7-14 business days for our team to process the return.

Any returns/exchanges after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. Returned product(s) without an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will not be processed and/or refused. Return shipping and handling costs are the buyer's obligation unless a processing error has occurred. Legal action will be taken if the buyer refuses to take responsibility for these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses that occur.

Product(s) that have been installed, used, or opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless approved by the seller. If approval is granted a restocking fee of up to 40% is applicable.

Please note any special order item(s), which are specified on the product page under availability are subject to a 10% restocking fee on the exchange and a return will not be applicable unless approved by the seller. Any special orders where our team has reached out to confirm extended time frames that are agreed upon by the customer, can not be canceled.

For any unidentified return or lack of response that is aged over 14 days, Singh Electronics will have the right to dispose of such items without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on the unidentified return once it has been disposed of. For your in-store purchase(s) return policy, please refer to your receipt provided at time of sale.

Special Return Periods

Purchases made between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 are eligible for extended returns until Jan. 31 of the following year provided it is noted as a gift at the time of purchase.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Products

Singh Electronics and the courier must be notified of any lost, stolen, or damaged product(s) within a 24-48 hour period after delivery. Singh Electronics will submit a claim with the courier to investigate, only when a decision has been reached by the courier can Singh Electronics move forward with a resolution. A shipping claim can take 30-90 days to be fully investigated, please be patient as we are not able to expedite this process. Furthermore, any claims or issues are the responsibility of the courier and will have to be brought up with them. By notifying us, we will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf but it is not our responsibility once the product has departed our facilities. Insurance on orders is not included but can be purchased by emailing our team.
