About: PAC APSUB-GM61 Amplifier Integration Interface for 2014-2019 Select GM Vehicles with Amplified Bose Sound System

Add a subwoofer. Upgrade your sound and keep your GM factory radio.

The APSUB-GM61 provides a 2-channel non-fading output for use with an aftermarket amplifier and subwoofer. Using the full range, fixed level head unit output, in conjunction with MOST data, the APSUB-GM61 delivers a variable 5v RMS pre-amp output with bass equalization and level control capabilities. The signal has a 350Hz / 24dB Linkwitz-Riley low pass filter applied. A data controlled remote amplifier turn on wire is also provided by the APSUB-GM61.

Compatibility Notes: 

• Must have Infotainment system RPO code IO5 or IO6 to be compatible.
• To verify the "IO" RPO code on your vehicle, check the glove compartment or spare tire well for a silver sticker with these codes. If this sticker is not present, you must scan the QR code on the GM label found in the driver's door jamb. The RPO codes will be listed in alphabetical order in either scenario.
