About: Pioneer DEH-S7200BHS CD Audio Receiver with Enhanced Audio Functions

The DEH-S7200BHS Single DIN CD receiver offers features like smartphone integration, Bluetooth®, HD Radio™, satellite radio options, and more. Equipped with Pioneer Smart Sync, this receiver, when paired with your smartphone, brings together navigation apps, messages, music, and more through a well-designed interface that enhances your vehicle's capabilities. Enjoy your CDs or FLAC files from a USB thumb drive, or listen to any audio source on your phone via Bluetooth® audio streaming. It has a 13-band customizable graphic equalizer, which increases to 31 bands when using Pioneer Smart Sync. The crossover network can operate in either Standard Mode or Network Mode.

Pioneer Smart Sync

Pioneer Smart Sync is a highly evolved app, available for both iOS and Android OS, that utilizes the power of a connected smartphone to expand the features and user interface of compatible Pioneer in-dash receivers. With support for either a Bluetooth® or USB connection, the link between your smartphone and the in-dash receiver can be either wired or wireless. Through Pioneer Smart Sync, you can access many popular smartphone apps for maps, messages, music, connect to an OBDII module (sold separately) and more.

Pioneer Smart Sync now features Amazon Alexa Built-in. Just download or update to the latest version of the Pioneer Smart Sync app and download the Alexa app. Using Alexa with Pioneer Smart Sync is simple; just tap-and-ask to play music, hear the news, check weather, control smart home devices, and more. Pioneer Smart Sync is a powerful wireless remote control that allows you to easily tune sound via the app's touchscreen interface and save those settings directly on your smartphone.

Smartphone Control

Access music on your smartphone directly from the Pioneer receiver. Search for Artist, Albums and Songs using Pioneer's intuitive interface. With Pioneer receivers you can also access and control select music and radio apps on your smartphone.

Bluetooth

USB Auto Switch

The receiver also includes the USB Auto Switch feature so when the phone is connected via USB the listener has the option to choose whether the receiver uses the phone as a source, or just charges the device.

Wired Remote Input

This receiver integrates an input specifically designed to connect a third-party interface (optional) which will allow you to keep the key functions from the steering wheel control buttons of your vehicle. (if applicable)

Pioneer Advanced Sound Retriever

Hear more detail, warmth, and clarity that the artist originally intended, even from compressed audio files. Whether from USB or streaming services, and regardless of the level of audio compression from your lossy music sources, Pioneer's ASR enhances audio playback of compressed audio files, such as MP3s, by applying an algorithm to the audio signals. This counteracts the compression effects, providing a more detailed and natural sound.

Flexible Audio Output Management

The Pioneer Standard (2-Way) / Network (3-Way) function allows you to divide the audio signal into different frequency bands. You can then make precise adjustments with low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters, as well as level, phase, and other parameters to match the characteristics of each speaker unit. Select STD for a Sub/Rear/Front setup, or NTW for a Low/Mid/High setup.

Audio Equalizer

The 13-band equalizer allows for detailed adjustments to your acoustic settings. This lets you tailor the equalization to match your car's interior acoustics and speaker characteristics as desired. Multiple EQ presets ensure that even users with basic acoustic knowledge can learn and enjoy the benefits of using an equalizer.

Time Alignment

This feature allows for delay time and synchronizing from each speaker to be adjusted to correct any phase mismatches in the sound resulting from the listening position. No need for any acoustics degree to do the job, simply measure the distance between your listening position and the speakers, then enter these measurements into the Pioneer receiver.

MIXTRAX

Keep the party going with MIXTRAX®, an innovative Pioneer technology that creates a non-stop mix of your music library complete with a range of DJ-inspired effects. Drawing from Pioneer’s rich DJ heritage and our passion for music, MIXTRAX delivers a unique DJ infused listening experience to those in the car. MIXTRAX takes the music from an iPhone, iPod, USB device, or certain Android devices and plays it back with added transitions and effects, creating a virtual DJ inside the Pioneer receiver. MIXTRAX makes automatic remixing of tracks extra-quick and easy. Simply connect your USB compatible device and listen as tracks are joined by various random sound effects in non-stop-mix play to keep the groove going in full swing. MIXTRAX also features club-style illumination that enhances the mood with a dynamic dance club-like lighting effect.
