Returns & Exchanges
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, this policy explains your options, eligibility criteria, timelines, and how the process works.
This policy applies only to purchases made through our online store unless otherwise specified.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Requests submitted after this 30-day period will be not accepted.

Return approval is at our discretion and subject to policy conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- ✔ Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- ✔ Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals must be intact
- ✔ Order number must be provided
- Items that are not eligible include:
- ❌ Opened / installed electronics that show signs of use
- ❌ Missing parts or accessories
- ❌ Final-sale / clearance items (if labeled as such)
- ❌ Manufacturer direct-ship items with separate warranty policies

Return & Exchange Process
Step 1 — Request a Return / Exchange
Email our Support Team within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return or exchange
- Reason for return

Step 2 — Approval & RMA Number
If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions and a unique RMA number.
Step 3 — Ship Back the Item
Return the item in its original packaging with all components included.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund / Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Exchanges will ship once the original item is received & approved
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a incorrect item sent by us.
Refund Terms

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is for a shipping error.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days after the item passes inspection.

Credit card refunds can take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same policy as a return, including:
- ✔ If exchanging for a different item or different size/color, new product pricing applies.
- ✔ If the replacement item is more expensive, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
- ✔ If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item:
- 1. Email photos of the damage or defect.
- 2. Do not install or attempt use before return approval.
- 3. We will issue an RMA for a replacement or refund.
Defect claims made after installation without photo evidence will be handled under the applicable Warranty Policy and not a standard return.
Open Box / Installed Items Rule
Products that are installed, mounted, or clearly used are not eligible for standard returns but may be handled under the Warranty Policy if defective.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting support immediately via email and phone with your order number. Because our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly as possible, once an item ships, standard return procedures apply.
Exchanges & Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.

Approved refunds can take 3–10 business days to post to your account.

Exchanges ship once the original item is received and processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- ⚠ Final Sale / Clearance Items
- ⚠ Opened / Used Items
- ⚠ Special-order or custom products
- ⚠ Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Warranty vs Returns
Returns & Exchanges are separate from manufacturer warranty claims:

Returns are for change of mind/eligibility within the return window.

Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship after purchase and may extend beyond 30 days.
