Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., Special Orders).
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.
In the event of extended processing times, our team will contact you by phone or email to advise of any delays or issues. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We use reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, and Canpar to deliver your orders safely.
Shipping options include:
- Standard Ground
- Expedited / Priority Services - Contactus@singhelectronics.ca for priorty shipping
- Freight delivery (for larger/heavier items)
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping transit times vary by region and carrier, and do not include processing time:
- Canada (most urban addresses): 1–7 business days
- Remote or rural addresses: additional time may apply

These are estimates — carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, network congestion, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200 before taxes. Orders below this amount are subject to a $15 flat shipping fee.
Free shipping is provided via ground service using the courier of our choice. If actual shipping costs exceed the free shipping allowance, we may contact you prior to processing your order.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is provided via email once your package is picked up by the carrier. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to become active after you receive the email.
Shipping Restrictions
Some locations (e.g., certain PO Boxes or remote delivery zones) may restrict certain shipping services.
If your address can’t be serviced with the selected method, we may contact you to update your address or adjust your shipping method alongisde any applicable charges.
Delivery Issues & Claims
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages:
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery if a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.
It is the customers responsiblity to open a claim with the courier within 24-48 hours.
We can also open a claim with the carrier on your behalf, but claims can take 30–90 days or more to conclude.
We appreciate your patience — we cannot expedite carrier investigations.
For added peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. This allows for faster processing of any shipping-related claims.
Shipping Charges on Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or marked undeliverable and returned by the carrier, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and any associated fees.
If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers outside Canada should contact us for a custom shipping estimate before ordering.
International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary greatly based on destination and customs processing.
Shipping & Environmental/Handling Fees
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there is an error on our end.
Environmental Handling Fees (EHF) are refundable if applicable.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Certain items (e.g., oversized, special-order, or manufacturer direct ship) may have longer processing or separate shipping terms.
Any exceptions will be communicated at the time of order or prior to shipping.
