A DSP (Digital Signal Processor) is a device placed between the audio source (factory radio, aftermarket head unit, mobile device, etc.) and the amplifier. A DSP allows you to dial in your sound with exact settings, getting the most out of your speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers. It’s the key to turning good into great.

The Pro 2.4 BT DSP gives you all the tools you need and full access to real-time audio tuning from your smartphone or tablet. The app allows you to control up to 4 DSPs from the same smartphone and its interface allow portrait or landscape mode.

And there’s more: even before renaming the DSP, the app automatically shows which one is closest, helping you quickly identify the DSP and the system you want to tune. No confusion at events!

After tune each speaker with the Pro 2.4 BT you can share and receive those settings with your friends, with Taramps’ technical support, and anyone you want in an easily and secure way. Sharing is encrypted, so there’s no need to grant access to your device. It’s a smart solution for exchanging, applying, or requesting custom adjustments.

A well-tuned DSP helps you build a realistic soundstage inside your vehicle. Instruments and vocals are placed exactly where they should be, creating an immersive, studio-like experience while you drive.

The Pro 2.4 BT supports up to 9V— perfect for mixers; it’s lightweight, compact, and easy to install, it offers 2 inputs, 4 outputs, crossovers with filters up to -48 dB, 15-band graphic EQ, 12 preset equalizations, parametric EQ, routing, phase inversion, limiter, clip indicators on inputs and outputs (both physical and in the app), remote signal output to trigger amplifiers, delay alignment per channel, audio generator, high level input with automatic activation, perfect for OEM players and multimedia centers.

If you’re keeping your factory head unit, a DSP is almost a necessity. It compensates for the lack of control on factory systems, giving you the ability to manage everything. It’s the best way to upgrade your audio while keeping your original dashboard intact.
