Singh Electronics provides a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on most products purchased directly from our official site or through an Authorized Singh Electronics dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of production.
However, the warranty does not extend to cover the following:
- Improper installation or operation
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Abuse, including repetitive returns of the same item with identical issues
- Improper wiring or enclosure
- Burnt or blown voice coils
- Operation outside of listed specifications
- Modifications or repairs by anyone other than the manufacturer
- Tampering with or removal of the manufacturer’s Serial Number, which will be classified as abuse
Normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claims and Shipping
The consumer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning a product for warranty evaluation. All original accessories and included content must be returned with the product. If the product is found to be covered under warranty, return shipping within Canada via ground service will be provided at no additional charge. If the product is outside the warranty period or no defect is found, the consumer will be billed for the return shipping costs. In some cases, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly or an authorized repair center to process the warranty claim.
To initiate a warranty claim, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via the RMA request form on our website. Our team may ask for pictures or videos to assess the defect. Once your RMA request is validated, an RMA number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RMA number may be refused or returned at your expense, leading to delays in processing. Refer to the Owner’s Manual for proper packaging procedures. Singh Electronics is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping due to improper packaging; in such cases, the customer will bear the cost of all repairs or replacements.
Please keep your tracking number on hand in case of missing or lost packages, as you will need to contact your chosen shipping carrier to file a claim.
Important Notes:
- The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Products not received within this time frame may be refused and returned at your expense.
- Upon receipt of your item(s), please allow 7-14 business days for our team to process your warranty claim.

Warranty Evaluation
All returned items are meticulously inspected by Singh Electronics to determine warranty coverage. Our team conducts thorough testing to identify the cause of the malfunction. Singh Electronics reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty coverage. If we cannot replicate the reported issue, the warranty claim will not be approved.
If a product is returned within one year of purchase and is deemed faulty according to our warranty guidelines, we will repair or replace the item once free of charge. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer an exchange for a product of similar kind and quality.
Singh Electronics may replace warranty-covered items with reconditioned products of equivalent quality. In cases where a product is discontinued or out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with the most comparable model.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Any sale to or purchase from a third-party wholesaler will void the warranty.
Singh Electronics is not liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of its products. This includes but is not limited to, damage to hearing, property, or person, inconvenience, or loss of use of the product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury damages.
Open Box and Refurbished Products Warranty
All open-box and refurbished products are sold as-is, with no expressed warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Exempt products/brands
The following brands are exempt from any warranty and the manufacturer will need to be contacted directly for anything warranty-related. Brands such as 18 Sound, 7Driver Audio, Alphasonik, American Bass, Avatar, B2 Audio, Banda, Blastking, Cerwin Vega, Crescendo Audio, DD Audio, Deaf Bonce, Eros Alto-Falante, Expert Electronics, Fi Audio, JY Power, Limitless Lithium, Odyssey, Orion, Pride Audio, PRV Audio, Resilient Sounds, Sky High Car Audio, Soundstream, Stetsom, Sundown Audio, Taramp’s, Timpano, VFL Audio and XS Power.
