Singh Electronics provides a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty on most products purchased directly from our official website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation conditions.

This warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

• • Improper installation, setup, or operation
• • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or abuse
• • Improper wiring, enclosure, or application
• • Burnt, overheated, or blown voice coils
• • Operation outside manufacturer-listed specifications
• • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• • Tampering with, altering, or removing the manufacturer’s serial number
• • Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• • Repetitive returns of the same item for identical non-defect-related issues
• • Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect

Warranty Claims & Shipping

The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product for warranty evaluation. All products must be returned with original accessories, components, packaging (when possible), and proof of purchase.

If the product is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Singh Electronics will provide return shipping within Canada via standard ground service at no additional charge.

If the product is found to be:

• • Outside the warranty period
• • Damaged due to non-warranty conditions
• • Fully functional with no defect found

• The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Certain products may require dierct processing through the manufcaturer or an authorized repair facility.

RMA Authorization (Required)

All warranty returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To initiate a claim, submit an RMA request via our website. Our team may request photos, videos, or diagnostic details to evaluate the issue. Approved RMA numbers are typically issued within 1–2 business days.

• • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
• • Returns without an RMA may be refused
• • RMAs are valid for 30 days from issuance

• Products received outside this window may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for proper packaging. Singh Electronics is not liable for damage caused during transit due to inadequate packaging. Please keep your tracking number on hand in case of missing or lost packages, as you will need to contact your selected shipping carrier to file a claim.

Warranty Evaluation

All returned products undergo inspection and testing.

Singh Electronics reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility. If the reported issue cannot be reproduced, the claim may be denied.

If a product is deemed defective under warranty:

• • The item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
• • Replacement may include reconditioned units of equivalent quality
• • Discontinued or unavailable items may be substituted with comparable models

• Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

• • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
• • Warranty is non-transferable
• • Proof of purchase is required

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singh Electronics shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of income, or personal injury.

Open-Box & Refurbished Products

Open-box and refurbished products are sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.
