Make your online order and pick it up in store — quick and hassle-free!


How In-Store Pickup Works

Add Items to Your Cart
Browse our online store and add the products you want to your cart.

Choose “Pick Up In-Store” at Checkout
When you reach the shipping section during checkout, select “In-Store Pickup” as your delivery method.

Wait for Your Pickup Confirmation Email
After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email – Confirms we received your order.
  • Ready for Pickup Email – Confirms your order is ready to be collected.

(Pickup times can vary — most orders are ready within 24–48 hours after checkout.)


When and Where to Pickup

Once you get the Ready for Pickup Email, you can come to the store during business hours to collect your items.

Please bring:

  • ✔️ Your Ready for Pickup email OR Order Number
  • ✔️ A valid photo ID (government-issued) Name on the ID must match the name on the order.


Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the order can pick it up.

If someone else needs to pick up the order on your behalf, please contact us in advance for approval. 


How Payment Works

All payments are completed online at checkout — there is no need to pay in store when you pick up. 


Order Not Ready Yet?

If you haven’t received your pickup email within 48 hours, please check your email (including spam/junk folders) or contact us for an update.


Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?

To change the delivery method or cancel a pickup order, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist you.
