We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some restrictions on select brands and products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. Free shipping is applicable within Canada on orders over $200 before taxes and discounts, excluding any heavy items with a fixed shipping fee. Singh Electronics has the right to charge or re-evaluate a shipping rate even after a purchase has been made. For U.S and international orders, a shipping fee will be applicable and calculated based on your location and the dimensions of the item(s). For international orders outside of North America, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the quantity, brand, model number, and your full shipping address including the zip code for a shipping estimate.
If a package is refused or marked undeliverable and returned back to the sender by the shipping carrier, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any re-shipping charges. If a refund is approved, we will minus the full cost of the shipping.
We at Singh Electronics offer up to 30 days from the day of delivery or pickup for a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to process a return, please submit a return request online or email our team at email@example.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any details about the product you would like to return.
Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order and issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once the RMA number has been issued you have up to 30 days to ensure the product is delivered to the provided return address. Upon receiving the item(s), please allow 7-14 business days for our team to process the return.
Any returns/exchanges after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. Returned product(s) without an approved RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will not be processed and/or refused. Return shipping and handling costs are the buyer's obligation unless a processing error has occurred. Legal action will be taken if the buyer refuses to take responsibility for these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses that occur.
Product(s) that have been installed, used, or opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless approved by the seller. If approval is granted a restocking fee of up to 40% is applicable.
Please note any special order item(s), which are specified on the product page under availability are subject to a 10% restocking fee on the exchange and a return will not be applicable unless approved by the seller. Any special orders where our team has reached out to confirm extended time frames that are agreed upon by the customer, can not be canceled.
For any unidentified return or lack of response that is aged over 14 days, Singh Electronics will have the right to dispose of such items without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on the unidentified return once it has been disposed of.
Most products are covered under a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Within the first 30 days, you can email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the model number of the product, and the issue you're experiencing. Our team may request pictures and or videos to assess the issue/defect. In some cases, the product will have to be shipped to our store location for further assessment. Any shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. Upon receiving the defective item, we will examine and test for the defective claim. Unless we can reproduce the same fault indicated, the warranty claim will not be approved. Upon receiving the item(s), please allow 7-14 business days for our team to process the warranty claim.
If the product is deemed defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty we can repair or replace the product. If a product is irreparable or a replacement is not available, we can issue a store credit or an exchange for an equal or greater value item, but the difference will have to be paid for the higher value item. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims.
Please note the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost on any product(s) that are not found defective.

The seller, Singh Electronics has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
Special Return Periods
Purchases made between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 are eligible for extended returns until Jan. 31 of the following year provided it is noted as a gift at the time of purchase.
Singh Electronics and the courier must be notified of any lost, stolen, or damaged product(s) within a 24-48 hour period after delivery. Singh Electronics will submit a claim with the courier to investigate, only when a decision has been reached by the courier can Singh Electronics move forward with a resolution. A shipping claim can take 30-90 days to be fully investigated, please be patient as we are not able to expedite this process. Furthermore, any claims or issues are the responsibility of the courier and will have to be brought up with them. By notifying us, we will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf but it is not our responsibility once the product has departed our facilities. Insurance on orders is not included but can be purchased by emailing our team.
