This midrange loudspeaker is optimized for professional audio or (musical instrument) speaker system applications, and large car audio competition systems. Featuring a powerful neodymium motor assembly assures high flux concentration. Its magnetic structure significantly improves thermal connection and heat dissipation. This increases power handling and lowers power compression, with an optimum power to weight ratio. X Series is dedicated to delivering extreme midrange performance, capable of high output and high power handling, while delivering a smooth vocal response. Built to perform vocals with punchy midbass, a great option for custom Chuchero® speaker box and custom door panels, where weight and performance needs to have the perfect balance. Its high energy, rare-earth neodymium motor, combined with other fine materials, were chosen to increase sensitivity and power handling to deliver the finest details in audio, as demanded by most audiophiles and custom builders in the car audio and custom builders. The 4″ voice coil is wrapped on a glass fiber former for heat resistance and high efficiency, bringing out fine details in audio and reproducing them accurately at concert-level volume. Its composite cone is built with non-pressed paper for reduced break-up and smooth sound. The high power handling, combined with 100 dB sensitivity, allows this mid to produce incredible dynamics and low distortion when pushed to incredible output levels.
