The PAC RP5-GM31 All-in-One Steering Wheel Control Interface is an innovative radio replacement system. It comes pre-loaded with amplifier retention and SWC software navigation-based output signals. This device can be quickly updated if needed from the PAC website by using a PAC-up universal serial bus adapter. It retains the factory installed amplified radio system, OEM safety information and convenience features. The PAC radio interface is specifically designed for General Motor vehicles with Onstar systems. It also keeps your vehicle data bus intact for service and emission testing. This auto accessory has data-controlled rap accessory output and electronic brake status output wires. There are other data-controlled output connections to navigate the radio and speed of your car. The radio replacement interface can help you save time and money during installation. It can also help you keep your hands on the wheel at all times while controlling your listening experience. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
You should expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
